Respecting human rights
Respect for human rights is a fundamental responsibility for all businesses. We are committed to always respecting human rights, cultures and customs of employees, communities and suppliers by implementing practices consistent with recognised international standards including the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. This commitment is operationalised within our Human Rights Policy.
Other policies and standards that help operationalise our commitment to human rights include:
- Human Rights Policy
- Code of Conduct Policy
- Code of Conduct Booklet
- Sustainability Policy
- Speak Up Policy
- Inclusion and Diversity Policy
- Elimination of Sexual Harassment Position Statement
- FY23 Modern Slavery Statement
With the aim of eliminating sexual harassment throughout our business, in 2021 we initiated our “It’s not OK” campaign and released our Position Statement on Eliminating Sexual Harassment. In 2022 we are continuing this focus through a broader program of work.
We are committed to assessing and proactively managing human rights risks at our operations, corporate office and throughout our supply chain.
