We are pleased to announce the award of multiple contracts across our five drilling businesses, Ausdrill, DDH1 Drilling, Ranger Drilling, Swick Mining Services and Strike Drilling.
In addition, our underground mining business, AUMS, has been awarded a contract with Endeavour Mining at the Sabodala-Massawa Mining Complex in Senegal.
The drilling contracts have been awarded in recent weeks for projects across Australia, the USA and Canada and will contribute revenue of circa A$185M in FY27. The Sabodala contract awarded to AUMS includes two phases. The initial phase of work is valued at approximately A$20M and includes development of the exploration decline and all supporting underground infrastructure. The second phase will include full underground production but remains subject to AUMS receiving notice to proceed at Endeavour’s discretion.
Perenti Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Vanessa Torres, said: “These awards are excellent examples of the ongoing success our drilling teams are having across our operating regions. I’m proud that our people are continuing to deliver value for our clients in a safe and productive manner.”
“The initial phase of work at the Sabodala-Massawa decline is an important win and positions AUMS to support a substantially larger scope of work as the project progresses. Following the election to proceed by Endeavour, we will communicate the full value to the market.”
President Drilling Services, Ben Davis, said: “The work won across all five drilling businesses is indicative of the growing demand for the specialised capability we can deliver. I have been particularly pleased of how our teams have leveraged the benefits of our scale in the current market.”
